understands the different responsibilities and roles of supervisory work and is able to act purposefully within them.
understands the various dimensions of leadership behaviour and is able to evaluate and develop themself in leadership work accordingly.
is able to develop different work communities and knows how the supervisor’s own actions affect the work community, teams, and individuals.
is able to create a positive and encouraging working atmosphere in their work community and is able to build a continuously renewing operational culture effectively.
