After completing the study unit, the learner will be able to:

Understand the key principles of the ABCDE model in identifying the client’s situation via remote connection.
Gather essential information regarding the client’s condition in a remote setting and understand the significance of the NEWS scoring system in identifying the urgency of care.
Structure the progression of a remote assessment situation in accordance with the OODA Loop model (observation, orientation, decision, and action).
Describe the client's situation clearly and in a structured manner using the ISBAR model.
Understand the importance of systematic assessment, communication, and decision-making models as support for patient safety in remote care.
