Workplace Communication

During the course, students will explore workplace communication and interaction using course literature. The course enhances understanding of how communication and interaction shape the functioning of work communities, how organizational culture is built through interaction, and how communication can support inclusion and equality in the workplace.
Artificial Intelligence: The use of artificial intelligence tools in coursework must be carefully documented following separate guidelines. The guidelines are available on the course's Moodle page. Working life skills: In the course students analyze real working life communication situations using course literature.
