Types of welfare technology, its development paths, implementation opportunities and impacts in social and health care services; implementation of welfare technology in service processes; challenges of co-creation of technology and services; needs of different kinds of users and needs for novel skills; orientation to technology; future perspectives; presentation of cases, with a special focus on robotics.
