Do you want to learn how to recognize young children’s individual needs and support their development based on current knowledge? In this course, you will gain the skills to observe, guide, and apply child-centered, research-based, and inclusive methods.

The main content of the course is to examine the diversity of growth, development and learning of children under school age, as well as the individual variation associated with it. The course provides basic readiness to observe and structure special guidance needs and to apply research-based pedagogical methods in a child-oriented manner.
During the course, knowledge will be gained about the legislation that guides development and supports learning in early childhood education: the basics of the early childhood education plan, the basics of the preschool curriculum, and a working approach based on the inclusion principle and resource-based thinking.
