After completing the course, you will be able to examine the components of well-being at work from the perspective of the individual, the work community and the organization.
You know how to evaluate and develop occupational well-being as a strategic factor in organizations and build the foundations for managing, monitoring and measuring occupational well-being.
You can analyze current research on the promotion of well-being at work and anticipate the impact of changes in working life on well-being at work, taking into account the goals of sustainable development.
You know how to structure the connections of leadership and work community skills to well-being at work and to examine and develop your own well-being at work.
