Supply chains are exposed to a variety of risks that may result in supply chain disruptions. This course focuses on the management of such risks, in order to make supply chains more resilient. The course contains risk management, supply chain resilience, and analysis of critical infrastructure.
The course aims to provide a basis for professional analysis and research on risk management and resilience in logistics and supply chain management, including:
- Understanding risk categories
- Natural, Economic, Societal, Technological and Geopolitical risks to the supply chain
- Supply chain resilience
- Critical infrastructure
- Societal resilience
The course can be taken as part of the Study Module in Corporate Responsibility.
