This course develops a framework for understanding growth from (i) a strategic management perspective and (ii) an investor perspective. Strategic concepts as well as the role of the industry and nonmarket environments are dealt with. Students apply the frameworks by doing investment analyses of business ventures. Active interaction between students, teachers and guest lecturers play an important role in this course.

This course is primarily intended for Master's level students, but BSc students who have completed their Bachelor thesis can get special permission to take it. Please contact the examiner.
