This course offers conceptual and practical tools for the successful customer experience management in organizations. In this course, key concepts are presented such as customer experience, customer journey, and touchpoints. The course teaches students how to capture customer experiences through traditional metrics and customer journey mapping. Through flipped learning and working with a real organization, students will analyze internal aspects related to customer experience management as well as learn how to manage touchpoints and the customer journey to trigger desirable experiences.
