This course takes various perspectives in studying entrepreneurial and innovative activities occurring within an established organisation. You will develop the ability to conduct an organisational audit of entrepreneurial intensity and innovative activities. As the result of such an assessment, you will then develop strategies for enhancing entrepreneurial activities. You will also practice using various tools to coordinate, evaluate, and enhance innovative thinking and practices in the pursuit of corporate entrepreneurship.
