Intermediate studies
The course provides a basic understanding of the formation and basic concepts of the modern state-centric and the 20th century rules-based international system. The course examines the shaping of relations between state and non-state actors in world politics from an extensive historical perspective and also explores the dimensions of equality and inequality and political, social, economic, and cultural interaction and influence built into the international system.
