Attitudes, Motivation and Behaviour

Intermediate studies

The course examines research traditions and approaches studying socio-psychological attitudes, motivation and behaviour. Among other things, students will learn about social cognitive theory, the reasoned action approach, self-determination theory, self-regulation theory, habit formation theory and core concepts and policies of other key theories. In addition, based on various theories, students will learn to identify what influencing methods can be utilised in practical inventions. During the course it will also be considered how these can be utilised in organisational development and solving topical social problems.
