After completing the course, you will understand the importance of internal control as part of organizational management, risk management and good governance. You will be able to identify the key principles and areas of internal control, as well as the key risks in financial management and operations, and describe the key principles and methods of internal control. You will also be able to assess the functionality and development needs of internal control, and apply internal control practices in work-related situations.
