The Well-Being of the Learning Community

The purpose of this study course is to furnish you with a comprehensive understanding of the factors pertaining to the well-being of both teachers and students, along with providing tools to sustain and enhance well-being. This course offers the opportunity to receive feedback and research data for examining the correlation between your educational approaches and well-being through the HowUTeach study.

Upon completion of the course, you will be proficient in analyzing the relationship between your teaching methods and well-being. You will understand how to consider brain health in your role as a teacher and will possess the skills to support your own well-being, that of your colleagues, and your students. Furthermore, you will grasp the significance of the youth phase and the current well-being challenges associated with it, as well as being knowledgeable about the factors conducive to the well-being of young people.
