Legal perspectives for internationalization 2 cr, 1.2. - 31.3.2027

In this course, we will take legal perspective of internationalization and concentrate on international contracts, and on the terms and conditions used in international contracts. There will be a variety of material offered, and you will learn which sources are trustworthy. The course will increase student's understanding of special features of international contracts, and areas to pay attention to in negotiations.

By completing the course, the student can
• understand terms and practices of international contracts

• recognize and avoid the most important risks related to international contracts

The course is conducted in English.
