Change Management

The student should after a completed course:

• have knowledge of various organizational changes and change leadership

• understand the role of leadership and leadership style in change processes
• have knowledge of different theories within change leadership
• understand the importance of culture for a successful change process
• have knowledge of how to lead conflicts and handle conflicts in working life
• know different tools for analyzing situations within and during changes and for setting goals for change processes
• know how to facilitate change processes through communication and lead through crises
