  • understands why organizations exist and the role of management in achieving shared goals.
  • is familiar with the key concepts, theories, and perspectives of organizational management.
  • understands the key principles of strategy formulation and implementation and is able to use the main conceptual tools of strategic work.
  • is able to analyze management practices at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
  • recognizes the importance of interaction, power, motivation, and decision-making in management.
  • is able to apply the theoretical knowledge from the course to practical examples and current organizational phenomena.
  • understands the challenges and opportunities of the sustainability transition in organizational management
