WORKING ABILITY REHABILITATION

The student is capable of describing new and changing working environments and working methods as well as the requirements they pose for the employee’s working capacity and competence. The student is capable of describing the objectives of working capacity rehabilitation, the responsibilities for organising it and the division of labour and cooperation between the organisers. The student is aware of the funding channels, legal bases, various services and processes as well as service providers of working capacity rehabilitation, and income during rehabilitation. The student is capable of justifying and utilising information about the effectiveness and economic impact of working capacity rehabilitation from the points of view of the individual, employers and society. The student is capable of describing the processes for applying for working capacity rehabilitation, making a rehabilitation decision and starting the rehabilitation process. The student is capable of making expert rehabilitation solutions and drawing up realistic, concrete and professionally justified rehabilitation plans. The student is capable of applying the basics of recognising and assessing rehabilitation needs and the methods of working capacity rehabilitation, utilising the knowledge base of working capacity rehabilitation as well as the opportunities provided by remote rehabilitation, online counselling and digital platforms.
