Podcast hosts: Lotta Eronen and Mikaela Lindqvist, Arcada University of Applied Sciences

Lotta Eronen, Senior Lecturer in Health Care, Doctoral Researcher within Health Sciences. My research focuses on the clinical competence of nurses by the point of graduation and nursing education from a Nordic perspective. At Arcada UAS I am involved in several projects e.g. a legalization pathway for nurses trained outside EU/ETA area, "Comprehending Compassion"-aiming to create more compassionate working environments and mentor students to become compassion ambassadors in their careers, and Beds to Bytes-focusing on nursing competencies needed to work in digi-physical hospitals at home and caring via digital solutions.

Mikaela Lindqvist, Senior Lecturer in Health Care, cognitive short-term therapist, an authorised sexual counsellor and Studies Psychotherapy in Åbo Akademi, and holds a long experience from working within mental wellbeing-, and health
