After completing the course, the student understands the multidimensionality of digitalization and can apply what they have learned to questions related to welfare services. Additionally, the student recognizes the interconnectedness and interdependence of issues related to digital welfare services.
The course strengthens the following common learning objectives of the major in Public Policy and Management: the ability to analyze and interpret public activities and their operational environment from the perspectives of organizations and regions; the ability to manage organizations, regions, and networks based on information and aiming for sustainability; and the ability to develop the activities of organizations, regions, and networks, taking into account their specific characteristics. The student also develops problem-solving and interaction skills. In terms of sustainable development, the goal is to learn ways to ensure healthy lives and well-being for all ages and to promote partnerships between the public and private sectors and civil society.
