The course focuses on the acquisition, interpretation, and utilization of market data in marketing decision-making. It provides students with the skills to use open research databases and apply marketing analytics tools such as Webropol, Excel, SPSS, and Google Analytics. During the course, students will practice analyzing and interpreting collected data while critically examining the limitations and challenges of marketing analytics. Additionally, the course covers data visualization, including the use of relevant tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
