Do you want to understand what kind of leadership motivates people, builds effective teams, and helps organizations succeed in a changing world of work?
In this course, you will explore modern leadership thinking and leadership development from the perspectives of individuals, teams, and organizations. The course provides insights into leadership and how it can be developed and strengthened in different workplace communities.
The course examines leadership from the viewpoints of supervisory work, leadership processes, and organizational structures. You will become familiar with approaches such as shared leadership, coaching leadership, and servant leadership, as well as how leadership culture, values, and management practices influence workplace dynamics and employee well-being.
The course will help you understand the impact of leadership on motivation, collaboration, and organizational performance while developing your readiness to work in future expert and supervisory roles.
After completing the course, you will be familiar with the key themes of leadership thinking and leadership development, as well as the most common methods used in leadership development.
