This course provides a foundation in English for both professional and academic contexts. Students practise oral communication through activities such as negotiations, meeting and interview simulations, and presentations, and they practise written communication by writing on topics related to their field and producing text types relevant to their field, such as meeting minutes, summaries, and analyses. Throughout the course, students improve their critical thinking and communication skills.
