Dialogicality and emotions at work

In the course, students learn interaction and feedback skills and how emotions affect how they act in different situations. The four different themes of the course are approached through the theory and practice of managing interaction situations. The student gains basic skills in identifying and processing emotions as part of a successful interaction situation. After the course, the student will be able to perform skillfully in different interaction situations, from providing a service experience to resolving conflict situations and providing feedback.
