What you will learn

Learning outcomes: After completing the course, student: • knows how to explain the key features of the health and social care service structure • can analyse the Finnish health and social care, its structure, steering and decision making, • can separate different steering policies and meaning to regional levels, • knows how to express hers/his opinions based on reliable sources. Course develops the following generic skills: • management and development • critical thinking • identifying and developing own expertise
