Offering information
Mandatory course for students entering the Cultural Studies programme as major in the fall of 2018 or later. Students who started as a major in Cultural Studies programme before 2018 are not required to take the introductory courses of cultural studies (Introduction to Cultural Studies, Practices of Cultural Studies, Perspectives on Cultural Studies, Cultural Phenomena and Institutions, 20 credits). However, if a student who started in 2013-2017 has not completed the compulsory course 2110018 Introduction to Cultural Research and its Study Practices (3 credits) in the previous degree structure, one must take Perspectives on Cultural Studies (5 credits) instead.
This course is primarily intended for students majoring in Cultural Studies programme and students of the Open University.
