Defining and scoping the event: setting goals, responsible use of resources, and realistic scheduling. Stakeholder analysis and defining responsibility requirements: identifying the needs and values of different actors and incorporating them into the planning process. Responsible communication planning: transparent, accessible, and ethical communication throughout the event stages. Principles of responsibility in event production: ecological, social, and economic sustainability as the foundation for planning and implementation. Needs analysis: mapping the expectations and responsibility values of the target group to support planning. Topicality in event production: sustainable development solutions such as circular economy, accessibility, and inclusivity.
