After completing the course, the student

can illustrate what service thinking in knowledge-intensive services means, and apply service thinking in developing services.
is able to explain how value is created in services and knows frameworks for structuring and developing value creation.
is able to apply service design methods in solving organizational service challenges.
is able to evaluate and develop own skills as a knowledge worker, self-leader and team member.
is able to acquire and evaluate scientific knowledge and share it with others.
