Learn the basics of Finnish with the help of this course. You will learn useful everyday vocabulary and phrases, and key grammar concepts.
Topics: getting to know each other, greetings, the days of the week, numbers, countries and languages, weather, the seasons, family, appearance, food and beverages, time expressions, living arrangements, travelling.
Grammar: personal pronouns, the "olla" verb, consonant gradation: the change of k, p & t, verb types, questions, nominative plural, genitive, partitive, locative cases.
