From Professional to Mentor (Master level)

The student understands the principles of mentoring and is able to make informed choices to build his/her mentor identity. The student is able to apply his or her acquired mentoring skills in practical guidance situations. The student can guide and support the development of the professional competence of the actor. The student is able to evaluate and develop his/her own professional competence as a mentor based on the feedback he/she collects. The student is able to reflect and evaluate the development of his/her mentoring skills.
