What you will learn

The objective of the Digitalization in Renovation Construction course is to equip students with the skills to utilize digital tools used in the construction industry. The course covers the basics of building information modeling (BIM) and, in particular, inventory modelling, introducing the principles of their use and application. Additionally, the course aims to present the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and explore how it can be applied in renovation construction. Upon completion, the student will be able to: • Utilize digital tools and artificial intelligence in renovation construction • Apply general building information modelling (BIM) requirements in renovation construction • Utilize tools designed for analysing building information models in renovation construction
