Green Tourism Education

Sustainable, green tourism is playing an increasingly important role in global tourism as both travellers and the tourism industry recognise the long-term consequences of tourism's environmental, social and economic impacts. The tourism industry must adapt to this trend and offer innovative solutions that balance the needs of tourists with environmental and social impacts. Platform is created in GreenTEA project by Erasmus+, EU. The website has been translated into Hungarian, Portuguese, Croatian, Finnish and English.

The mission of the GreenTEA project is to contribute to the education and good practice of future generations, to raise awareness and environmental consciousness and to support responsible decision making in the tourism industry.
