Competitive advantage through customer development (OPEN UNI)

The starting point of customer development is to get paying customers to test the company's business idea, products and services as soon as possible. Products or services are developed from the beginning from the customer's point of view. Successful customer development gives the customer the experience of ownership, thereby binding them to become a customer of the company. During the course, you learn to (1) find a customer, (2) verify a customer, (3) build a customer relationship and (4) build a company around the customer, and (5) understand the role of agile development as part of customer development. The student gets an overview of the theory, process and practices of customer development as well as tools for applying customer development.
