Renewing management in health and social care (OPEN UNI)

After completing course, the student will be able to: - Identify the key factors in leading change from a human-centered leadership perspective - Identify the factors that promote and undermine renewal in the organisation and in management - Identify the competencies needed in future leadership and its development needs - Identify the challenges and conditions related to the sustainable management and reform of the social and health sector in a changing o environment - Apply innovative management methods in social and healthcare leadership

Suitable as a minor (25 credits) for a Candidate or Master degree in Health Sciences or as a single course for elective studies.
