What you need to know before the course

What you will learn

On completion of the course, the student will be able to: * identify and articulate their key competences and strengths and set goals that interest them * recognize which areas of competence he/she needs to develop in order to achieve their goals * use a strategic mindset to plan for the future, taking into account changes in their environment and anticipating their impact on their own activities

Target group: especially upper secondary school students, but also others who want to reflect on their own skills and resources in relation to the objectives. The course is suitable for high school students or people considering a career change. This is an entry-course for the course AY724840P Introduction to micro-entrepreneurship in Finland (5 credits), for which the completed 2 study points will be credited.
