Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: • describe the goals and future prospects of Finnish social and health policy • describe and analyze the goals and values of Finnish social, health and wellbeing policy • describe the roles and responsibilities of key authorities and actors in the social and health care system • define the principles governing the legislation governing social and health services and professionals • analyze and evaluate client/patient status and rights in the social and health care system
