What you will learn
After the course, the student is able to:
- identify and understand the basic concepts and processes of learning, guidance, and teaching
- describe the significance of the pedagogical thinking, actions, and interaction of the teacher/learning facilitator in educational and instructional situations
- apply and develop his/her professional interaction skills both as a facilitator of learning and as a learner who works constructively as part of a group
- apply theoretically grounded principles to the design of learning models and learning environments
- apply theoretical knowledge in solving practical challenges in the professional working environment.
