After completing the course, the student: *understands the extent of micro-enterprise’s networks and the operating environment and its components, and how these affect the company's operations. *learns methods of anticipation, identify global megatrends and utilize them to anticipate change. *is aware of the opportunities and challenges for the company in the operating environment and the changes that take place there.
