Prerequisites and co-requisites The recommended prerequisite is the completion of the course ay031010P Calculus I.

After completing the course the student is able to * examine the convergence of series * apply power series in calculations * determine the Taylor polynomials for simple functions * form Fourier series in simple cases * study the behaviour of a function of two real variables and calculate the extreme values * calculate the integral over the planar region and the body * describe bodies in polar, cylindrical and spherical coordinates and integrate using them as an aid * investigate the properties of vector-valued functions, such as divergence and curl * calculate line integral, surface integral and vector field flux * apply Green's and Stokes' theorem
