Elementary Course in Spanish 1 (OPEN UNI)

Spanish language skills are particularly important for tourism, culture and foreign trade. Your Spanish studies will also introduce you to Spanish and Latin American lifestyle and culture. The course covers basic structures and vocabulary of Spanish. Topics of the course include introducing yourself, family, hobbies, restaurants and travel, as well as cultural topics related to the Spanish-speaking world. Grammatical structures include, for example, genus and number of noun, inflection of adjectives, use of articles, regular and irregular verbs in the present tense, expression of near future, pronouns and prepositions. Contents are practiced using a variety of listening, reading and pronunciation exercises as well as conversation and writing exercises.
