In the course, you will learn about the factors that affect the quality of a teacher's work and the fundamentals of quality work in an educational institution. You will understand what quality means in the context of a teacher's work and the factors that influence it. You will also look at quality indicators and objectives for development. The course will enhance your understanding of how quality teaching is reflected at both the student and institutional levels.
You will demonstrate your competence through an aquarium exam, which does not require enrollment on Peppi.
