The student: - has knowledge of theories and current research on health and sustainable development and can apply them in promotional, preventive and curative care - understands the meaning of the different levels of prevention and can apply them as a process in the health promotion and prevention work - can explain the basics of epidemiology and understand the determinants of health determinants in the health and disease panorama - can identify health risks in patients and understand the importance of early support at the individual level - can under supervision plan and implement interventions that promote health and functional ability together with individuals / groups in interprofessional teams - has competence in care in various service environments within the health promotion work - can treat clients / patients and relatives as experts in their own lives
