Having completed this study unit Individual level: - You recognize your cultural background and its impact on daily decision making and how they interact with each other. - You know different diversity dimensions, your own stereotypes and biases towards others. - You know the basic concepts of cultural diversity and are able to communicate effectively in different international environments.
