Age-related knowledge and age-friendliness are increasingly important for actors in various fields and in a variety of operating environments. In an age-friendly society and community, older people are seen as active actors and influencers. With age-friendly orientation, you can support the inclusion, agency and well-being of older people. The topics of the course are: 1. Ageing society - Age, ageing, ageing theories - Ageing society and age-friendliness - Generational and life-stage perspectives - Ageing issues in the European context - Diverse age competence 2. Well-being and inclusion of older people - Supporting the well-being, health and functional capacity of older people - Legislation, strategies, development activities, social and health care and regional reform - Development of services for older people: current affairs - Utilization of technology: current affairs 3.
