Learning in international development projects: Insights from a coordinating agency

Hanna Laitinen analyzes knowledge requirements and learning processes in international higher education development projects based on Jamk’s experience as a coordinating agency. The article focuses on HEI ICI projects funded by Finland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs (2020–2024), which aimed to enhance pedagogical capacity and digital learning in Ethiopia, Mozambique, and Nepal.
