The aim of the course is acquiring basic competence in case management and learning to work as part of co-operation networks that support employment and work ability. Learning to identify risks to work ability and early care methods. Being able to promote a sustainable rehabilitation/employment solution and return to work.

Operating in a workplace: You are able to operate in networks in order to support an employee, a supervisor and the work community.
Rehabilitation service system: You understand the significance of maintaining, assessing and promoting work ability with a multidisciplinary approach in your role and recognise key risks to work ability. You are able to develop the promotion of employment and work ability on different interfaces.
Rehabilitation planning: You master approaches that promote participation and agency when setting goals. You are able to select methods that support employment and work ability. You are able to guide and coordinate different work ability processes.
