Exam and resit dates
The exam will be held after the first 8 contacts. You can complete the exam during those weeks by answering four surveys (exam = surveys). Retake exams will be held within 1-2 weeks after the main exam. If you still have surveys to complete at that time, you will have the opportunity to answer the surveys during the retake exams. NOTE! The response time will then be limited to 1.5 hours.
The retake exams will take place in Zoom.

Content and dates
The course requires weekly work. In addition to lectures/webinars, please allocate approximately 6-8 hours per week in your calendar for this course.
Learner's time use and workload
Student's total time allocation: 135 hours
Lectures and exams: 20 hours
Independent study and independent learning tasks: 60 hours
Business case as small group work: 55 hours
