What you will learn

The object of the course The purpose of the course is to provide skills for strategy-based competence development as well as for creation of structures and tools for it. The student will be able to map organisational competencies and define competence goals. The student will be able to name competency gaps, identify development measures and tools, and conduct organisational competence development activities in practice.
