The course covers the roles and tasks of a human resources specialist, with a particular focus on the planning and implementation of a human resources strategy. You will become familiar with the legislation guiding HR processes, the employment contract system and the key theories that form the basis of HR management practices.
The course examines the importance of personnel surveys in organizational development and decision-making, as well as how employer branding and employee experience affect organizational success, and how personnel plans are designed to support organizational goals.
Recruitment and onboarding are also key themes that help to understand how to attract and integrate new employees into the organization.
