Work and organizational psychology III: Power, diversity and equality

Advanced studies
This course addresses issues of power relations, gender, intersectionality, difference and diversity. We discuss how these issues are connected to discrimination, inclusion and equality in organizations. More specifically, we adopt critical social psychological approaches in order to develop skills to identify and address asymmetrical power relations in the workplace.
The course includes reading prior to and during the course, lectures, assignments and an essay.
